Send Your Design or Idea
Contact us through the quote form, email, or WhatsApp. Share your logo, sketch, reference image, or design concept. Include details such as product type, quantity, size, material, plating, enamel color, and any special requirements. If you do not have a finished design, our team can create one for you.
Receive Free Digital Proof and Quote
Within 24 hours, our design team prepares a production-ready digital proof and detailed factory-direct quote. The proof shows layout, size, colors, and finish so you know exactly what to expect.
Approve the Proof
Review the digital proof carefully. You can request revisions until the design is perfect. Once you approve the proof, we move to mold making. Mold production typically takes 5–7 days depending on complexity.
Production and Quality Control
Your order enters full production. We perform raw material inspection, in-process QC, and final inspection at every stage. This ensures your custom products match the approved proof in detail, color, and finish. Learn more about our quality control process.
Packaging and Shipping
After passing QC, your order is packed securely with your chosen packaging option. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, or sea freight. Tracking information is provided once the shipment departs. See Shipping & Delivery for more details.
What You Need to Provide for a Quote
To prepare an accurate quote and digital proof, please share the following details:
- Design or idea: artwork, logo, sketch, reference image, or a description
- Quantity: estimated order quantity and whether you may reorder
- Size: diameter, length, width, or thickness
- Material: zinc alloy, brass, copper, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, or pewter
- Plating / finish: gold, silver, nickel, antique brass, antique copper, black nickel, etc.
- Color: soft enamel, hard enamel, imitation hard enamel, offset print, or no color
- Shape: standard round, square, or custom cut-out shape
- Packaging: poly bag, velvet pouch, backing card, gift box, or custom packaging
- Delivery deadline: event date or target delivery date

Total typical time from quote to delivery: 2–4 weeks for express orders, depending on quantity, complexity, and shipping method. Rush orders can often be accommodated at no extra rush fee.
Payment Terms
We require a 30% deposit to begin production. The balance is due before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal, major credit/debit cards, Alipay, MoneyGram, and Wise. For small amounts, full payment is appreciated because handling fees apply to each transaction.
Reorder Policy
Your molds are kept on file after the first order. Reorders have no minimum quantity and no new mold charge, making repeat orders faster and more cost-effective.
