DDP Shipping
Delivered Duty Paid option available for selected countries. We handle customs clearance and deliver to your door.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For DDP shipments, we include duties and taxes in the quoted price so there are no surprises on delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we provide a tracking number and carrier information. You can track your shipment online through the courier's website. For sea freight, we provide a bill of lading and container tracking details.
Insurance and Lost Packages
Express courier shipments include basic carrier insurance. For high-value orders, additional insurance can be arranged upon request. If a package is lost or severely damaged in transit, we work with the carrier to file a claim and find a solution.
