Quality Control
Quality control is integrated into every stage of production. From incoming raw materials to final packing, our QC team checks dimensions, colors, plating, attachments, and packaging to ensure your custom medals and awards meet specifications.
Incoming Material Inspection
Raw materials such as zinc alloy ingots, metal sheets, enamel powders, and plating chemicals are inspected for composition and appearance. Only approved materials enter production.
In-Process Inspection
During casting, stamping, polishing, and plating, operators and QC staff check samples against control samples. Dimensional checks, weight checks, and visual inspections catch issues early.
Color and Plating Checks
Plating color, thickness, and adhesion are tested. Enamel colors are compared to approved samples under standard lighting. Color matching follows customer specifications or Pantone references when provided.
Final Inspection
Before packing, every piece or a representative sample is checked for scratches, color defects, missing enamel, bent attachments, and incorrect ribbons. AQL sampling is used for large orders.
Packaging and Shipping
Final products are counted, packed according to instructions, and checked for correct labeling. Photos of packed cartons can be provided before shipment.
